We raise pastured Blue Footed Bresse chickens, pork and occasionally yearly cattle. As a small family farm we focus on pastured animals to build soil and maintain the land, so have a limited number of livestock suited to a happy life on the available acres we manage. We follow the Joel Salatin method for sustainable pastured animals, ensuring healthy, happy livestock with a stress free processing. This brings food to your table that is free from hormones or antibiotics, raised in the most humane way possible. We love our animals, and that means you can taste the love.
